$50 Weekly Rate
Meet with a trainer either in person or via phone and get your nutrition in order! Trainers will work with you to help establish a meal and grocery plan to get you through the week as well as the tools and strategies to make sure you are following through.

We created Genuine Fitness with the idea in mind that personal training needs to be just that... personal! I am here to make working out something you look forward to doing because I believe thats the only way to be consistent in your fitness. Whether you enjoy killer workouts, learning new things, or just shooting the breeze, my main goal is to keep you coming back for more. I would consider myself a bit of a food addict, so being disciplined with my nutrition can be difficult at times but with proper planning I manage to stay on top of my game. If you need help making a plan and staying accountable with it, I am definitely the person to talk to!

I am a mom of two kids, so now more than ever, I understand that time is valuable. Thirty minutes is precious, which is why I like to get as much done in that time. Your training session with me will include strength and functional training, your heart rate will sky rocket and you will laugh a lot. I am a firm believer that working out is essential to lead a healthy life and we need to set a good example for our kids because they are always watching us. I also believe healthy food does not need to be boring! While working out, I am sure we will talk about food and it is my goal to make you realize that healthy food can be tasty too It is all about balance.
